Our Background

After experiencing a few major life events that required multiple documents to be notarized—and getting frustrated with all the trips to the bank, UPS store, and attorney’s office, only to find out a notary was not on duty or needing to take time off of work—our founder, Sheri Struck, saw a need for something better. She wanted a notary service that was not only convenient and reliable, but also personal, accurate, and caring.

With over 30 years of experience in the corporate world doing payroll and human resources, Sheri has spent her career managing important paperwork, legal forms, and confidential information. Becoming a Public Notary was a natural next step that allows her to combine her professionalism with her passion for helping others.
